NM’s 1st Judicial District Chief Judge says medica NM’s 1st Judicial District Chief Judge says medical malpractice cases are up “significantly" in the area over the last few years.

This is clearly a result of venue shopping, which most states prohibit. We believe health care providers should be judged in accordance with the standards of the community of which they practice. It's about fairness and justice.
